About Graham Johnson — Vetting Hub Ltd

Why I built Charlotte

My knowledge.
Licensed to your platform.

18 years of specialist expertise, built into every answer she gives. Licensed per customer. Live in under ten minutes.

So I built Charlotte. She is my knowledge. Every compliance question I have answered over 18 years, every situation I have navigated, every standard I have trained teams on. All of it is in her knowledge base, covering 65 specialist topics and 2,900 sub-topics across the full scope of UK employment screening and vetting.

Charlotte is not a general AI tool. She does not search the internet and she does not approximate. She draws only from her specialist knowledge base. When she does not know something, she says so directly. In a compliance context, that honesty is what makes her genuinely usable.

Vetting Hub Ltd operates a per-customer licence model. Software platforms partner with Vetting Hub Ltd, offer Charlotte to each of their customers as a licenced add-on at £500 per month, and keep £250 per licence per month. When a customer signs up, Vetting Hub Ltd configures Charlotte for that customer and issues a unique CSS embed code within 24 hours. One line of code. Charlotte is live inside the platform for that customer in under ten minutes.

Every customer licence generates revenue for the platform. Every compliance question Charlotte answers never reaches the platform's support team. The cost does not grow as the customer base grows. The saving does.

Licensed per customer. Not per platform.
Each customer of the partner platform gets their own Charlotte licence at £500 per month. The partner keeps £250. Vetting Hub Ltd invoices £250. Always 50/50.
One CSS embed code per customer licence
When a customer signs up, Vetting Hub Ltd configures Charlotte for that customer and issues a unique CSS embed code within 24 hours. Live in under ten minutes.
No upfront cost. Revenue from the first licence.
There is no cost to become a partner. No development work. No product to build. The partner earns from the moment their first customer signs up.
Zero data collected. Zero GDPR obligations.
Charlotte collects nothing. No names, no candidate details, no conversation history. She sits completely outside the data processing footprint of both the platform and its customers.
Every question answered never reaches the support team
Charlotte absorbs every compliance question a customer would otherwise bring to the platform. As the customer base grows, that saving grows. The cost of Charlotte does not.
